Randy M. Wells possesses a broad and unique range of experience, education, and expertise to help individuals and businesses with a wide variety of issues. After finishing his undergraduate degree with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry, he taught high school science.

Previous Experience

He later pursued graduate studies in business, accounting, and tax. Upon completing his graduate studies, he was employed by an internationally known bank as an accountant.

He was later employed by an Atlanta CPA firm concentrated on business and estate planning, providing tax planning advice, preparation of tax returns, and represented individuals and businesses before the IRS and in Tax Court.

Foundation of the Firm

He also served on the faculty of a local University as a professor of Accounting. He established his law firm in 1986 and has continued to grow his practice in the State of Georgia.

Certified Mediator

He attained certification as a civil mediator and divorce mediator and is one of the first lawyers in the State of Georgia to undergo formal mediation training. He received his initial training from mediation professionals who were later recognized as being at the forefront of mediation being accepted as a viable dispute resolution option in the State of Georgia.

In the Community

Randy served as the Chairman of the Patient Family Advisory Council at Emory University Hospital. He has been an active member of the Advisory Council since the program was established.

The goal of the Advisory Council is to promote and foster a patient and family-centered care approach to the delivery of healthcare.

Randy currently serves on the Emory School of Medicine Palliative CARE Advisory Council, and is the past president of the 2828 Peachtree Condominium association.
